Here we explain step-by-step how to set up your first chatbot:


In the Welcome screen, click on the button CREATE A NEW CHATBOT

 



Name your chatbot and select a channel and language to interact with your contacts.

Add questions and actions , dragging them from the menu on the left.

 

To customize each question and action, press the pencil icon (edit)  located under each question/action.



Congratulations! Your chatbot is ready to go!. To send your first campaign , give it a name.




Upload your contacts data, including all the Custom Data that you configured.



Click on LAUNCH CAMPAIGN  and, that's all!
