| In the Welcome screen, click on the button CREATE A NEW CHATBOT |

| Name your chatbot and select a channel and language to interact with your contacts. |

| Add questions and actions , dragging them from the menu on the left. |

| To customize each question and action, press the pencil icon (edit) located under each question/action. |

| Congratulations! Your chatbot is ready to go!. To send your first campaign , give it a name. |

| Upload your contacts data, including all the Custom Data that you configured. |

| Click on LAUNCH CAMPAIGN and, that's all! |
