Para consultar los datos de las conversaciones de un chatbot:

Descargar datos

 

  • Para descagar los datos de las conversaciones de un chatbot:
  • Dirígete al menú de DATOS
  • Selecciona o busca el chatbot que te interesa
  • Elige el rango del tiempo para la consulta
  • Selecciona las columnas que quieres descargar
  • Da click en el botón DESCARGAS

Si por algún motivo el navegador evita la descarga del contenido, es necesario habilitar los permisos para ventanas emergentes (pop-ups).

  • Selecciona el criterio de descarga: Todas las conversaciones; Únicamente conversaciones con respuesta; Únicamente conversaciones sin respuesta
  • Puedes descargar directamente un archivo en formato separado por tabuladores (.tsv) o puedes utilizar la URL que se proporciona para extraer los datos vía web.

 

 

Métodos de descaga

 

Descargar archivo .TSV

  1. Entra a Excel y dirígete al menú para Abrir un archivo.
  2. En tipo de archivo, cambia la opción a ver Todos los archivos
  3. Selecciona el archivo .tsv que acabas de descargar 
  4. Excel habilitará el Asistente para Importar Texto

Check data

To check the data of the conversations of a chatbot:
  • Go to the DATA menu
  • Select or search the chatbot that interests you
  • Choose the range of time for the query
  • Select the columns you want to see on the screen

If you are interested in finding a specific value within the conversations, use the search engine

Download data

To download chat data from a chatbot:
  • Go to the DATA menu
  • Select or search the chatbot that interests you
  • Choose the range of time for the query
  •  Select the columns you want to download
  • Click on the DOWNLOAD button

If for some reason the browser prevents you from downloading of the content, it will be necessary to enable permissions for pop-ups.


  1. Select the download criteria: All conversations, Only conversations with response, Only unanswered conversations

  2. Press the button that is located on the right side of the selection criteria that you selected

  3. Choose the SAVE FILE option

  4. In the download location you will find a file with the .tsv termination

  5. You can open this type of file directly using Notepad or you can convert it to an excel file. To open the .tsv file in Excel, follow these steps:
