How do I visualize de data?

Check data

To check the data of the conversations of a chatbot:
  • Go to the DATA menu
  • Select or search the chatbot that interests you
  • Choose the range of time for the query
  • Select the columns you want to see on the screen

If you are interested in finding a specific value within the conversations, use the search engine

Download data

To download chat data from a chatbot:
  • Go to the DATA menu
  • Select or search the chatbot that interests you
  • Choose the range of time for the query
  •  Select the columns you want to download
  • Click on the DOWNLOAD button


If for some reason the browser prevents you from downloading of the content, it will be necessary to enable permissions for pop-ups.

  1. Select the download criteria: All conversations, Only conversations with response, Only unanswered conversations

  2. Press the button that is located on the right side of the selection criteria that you selected

  3. Choose the SAVE FILE option

  4. In the download location you will find a file with the .tsv termination

  5. You can open this type of file directly using Notepad or you can convert it to an excel file. To open the .tsv file in Excel, follow these steps:



    1. On step number 2 make sure the Tab option is selected

    3. ¡LISTO! Ahora puedes visualizar y manipular los datos de las conversaciones en Excel.
