ACTION


An action allows to communicate your chatbot with external systems (send and receive data) and / or add intelligence to the conversation.

CHATBOT

 

Computer program that uses natural language processing to establish intelligent conversations through a text channel, such as an SMS message.

CAMPAIGN


It is the event that allows you to start and finish a conversation with a group of contacts.

CHANNEL


It is the media through which your chatbot can send and receive messages; e.g. SMS channel.

CONTACT


End user that interacts / talks to your chatbot.

CONVERSATION


A conversation consists of inbound and outbound between a chatbot and a contact during a campaign.

FLOW

 

A flow represents a branch of the conversation made by a group of questions / actions that are activated only when it complies with a logical condition defined in the configuration of the chatbot.

INBOUND MESSAGE

 

The message a contact sends to a chatbot.

OUTBOUND MESSAGE


Message sent by the chatbot to a contact.
